- We advise before and after divorce and sharing common property;
- We have extensive experience in advising clients on divorce proceedings, with or without the consent of one of the spouses;
- We represent clients in regulating the parental responsibilities of minor children, attributing the family home, alimony, sharing pets, sharing the couple's common assets and sharing in the event of death;
- In regulating parental responsibilities, we always assess the children's Best Interest and act accordingly. We defend that a father and a mother are equally important in a child's life, but we always deepen the reality of each one, so that each case is different, without forgetting the influence of grandparents, uncles and extended family in its development;
- We have experience in promoting and protecting minors and educational guardians;
- We are aware of the reality of the processes of abduction of minors tried under the Hague Convention;
- We sponsor the recognition of foreign judgment of divorce decisions outside Portugal for transcription in birth records;
- We sponsor the division of property in joint ownership in the case of marriages under the separation of property regime;
- In the probate process (sharing process) arising from divorce or death, we accompany the client until its conclusion;
- We advise and evaluate the best solution in the construction of family assets, protecting the family and future heirs, avoiding disputes;
- We advise on the preparation of heirs to manage the family patrimony efficiently and professionally, in the challenges of this succession;
- We collaborate in the analysis of tax reductions;
- We help the client to make decisions in his will.
